Daniel Snaith, 34, must also hand over his passport to police on request so that he cannot travel abroad when England are playing away matches during the same period.
Willesden magistrates in London made him subject to a three-year football banning order because of his behaviour at the Championship play-off final between Leeds United and Southampton at Wembley last May.
They also ordered him to pay £745 in fines, compensation and other court bills.
Snaith, of Lerecroft Road, York, pleaded guilty to being drunk at the national football stadium during a match and using threatening or insulting words or behaviour on the same occasion.
A charge of assaulting a man at the stadium was dropped.
He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £160 statutory surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
In the match, Southampton won promotion to the Premier League with an Adam Armstrong goal.
Leeds United are currently second in the Championship and Southampton are at the bottom of the Premier League.
