Get inspired with my favorite 15 Strawberry Dessert Recipes below, and let’s bake!

Sweet summer strawberries… when it comes to fruit-filled desserts, does it get much better than that?

I always look forward to the moment when strawberries hit peak season. (Because I can’t wait to start baking all the strawberry things!!!)

Homemade strawberry shortcake is always at the top of my list—the tender biscuits, fresh strawberries, and fluffy whipped cream combination simply never gets old. And because I can never get enough of those flavors together, I also included my strawberry shortcake cake and strawberry shortcake cupcakes in this collection.

You can’t beat a classic.

If you have an overflowing basket of fresh strawberries to use, pies, crisps, and cobblers, and galettes are some of the best ways to showcase them. Strawberry vanilla crisp and strawberry cream cheese pie are two longtime reader favorites that always disappear quickly!

And I can’t leave you without a slice of strawberry cake. 😉 This is the best way I know how to make it… packed with real strawberry flavor thanks to reduced strawberry puree and lots of freeze-dried strawberries. It’s a beloved recipe, and I even included it in my New York Times best-selling cookbook, Sally’s Baking 101.
