Masters of the Universe
is currently stacking up its cast in the long-awaited reboot of the live-action arm of the ‘80s franchise, with Noah Galitzine taking on the role of He-Man, the self-professed “most powerful man in the universe.” But what if, in another reality, the mighty Thor was transformed into Eternia’s musclebound hero? That is the question asked, and answered, by a “concept” trailer that sees Chris Hemsworth
saddling up on Battle Cat to take on the forces of Skeletor.
Generated through AI and cobbled together in that fascinating way that guarantees social media views, the creation of KH Studios is certainly one that opens up the debate about who would have made the best He-Man. Of course, we do not know yet how Galitzine will take to the part, so no one should be comparing just yet. Come back next year and we can discuss it then.
In the meantime, the video, which can be seen below, does deliver the kind of visually pleasing display that many fans of the Masters of the Universe franchise would be happy with. As a saga that has promised much but delivered little in the last two decades, the live action movie has had a rocky road to fruition, so fans have been more than happy to cast their eyes over any alternatives floating around online while they wait.
Chris Hemsworth is He-Man in KH Studios’ “Concept” Trailer
When working out who could easily pull off the role of He-Man, no one really needs an AI-generated video to show them that Chris Hemsworth would be pretty high on the list. However, we have been given one, and it essentially just confirms what everyone thought – Hemsworth could have rocked the bones of Skeletor as the villain’s chief adversary and occasional boob – if you know, you know.
From the comments on the video, fans would have been very much on board with the idea of Hemsworth taking on another god-level role like He-Man, which, let’s face it, has plenty in common with his role as Thor. One comment reads, “Movies like this can’t be made anymore. They’re too awesome, and awesomeness is frowned upon.” Another added, “Damn this is exactly how it should look and the story if they could literally do this exact thing it would be epic.”
It should be easy for some to spot that the graphics featured in the video that were not created with AI are actually taken from Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon, but we can probably forgive that on this occasion. While not named specifically, Tom Selleck’s Man-at-Arms is a sight to behold that can absolve many sins.

Nicholas Galitzine shares a new update on his ‘Masters of the Universe,’ suggesting recent plot rumors could be true.
We are still over a year away from seeing the real Masters of the Universe movie hit the big screen, with Galitzine’s He-Man/Adam being supported by a growing cast including Idris Elba, Camila Mendes, Sam C. Wilson, Kojo Attah, Alison Brie, and Jared Leto as Skeletor. Yes, that last one does sound more AI-generated than anything AI could come up with.
