Malton School students celebrate good A-level results

Headteacher Rob Williams said: Once again the vast majority of students successfully achieved what they needed to move on to their desired next career step. Most are going on to University, including some high challenge courses such as Medicine and Veterinary Science, but there are also good numbers securing apprenticeships, employment or opting to take a gap year.

The Headteacher, Rob Williams, said, “I am very proud of these young people and what they have achieved. We must continue to remember and acknowledge the disruption they faced to their education through the pandemic. They have shown great resilience and togetherness and they are well equipped now to move forward successfully. I wish them all the very best.”

The Director of Sixth Form, Nicky-Jo Cooper, said, “It has been a privilege to work with these young people and I am very proud of them, as their parents and families will be too. I want to thank them for being such an excellent cohort and wish them all the very best for their future endeavours.”
