Fox’s hit crime drama The Cleaning Lady has kept viewers on edge for three exciting seasons thus far, and the network has opted to renew for season 4. Debuting in 2022, the series concerns Thony De La Rosa, a former surgeon who now lives in the United States on an expired work visa. To care for her ailing son, Thony works as a doctor and cleaner for a crime syndicate. With its mix of gripping character drama and the usual chills and thrills of the crime genre, The Cleaning Lady has been a sleeper success for Fox.
Unlike the usual basic cable primetime series, The Cleaning Lady has delivered an exciting serialized narrative across its three seasons and is a far cry from the procedurals that make up the bulk of Fox’s lineup. The characters are the real heart of the series, and Thony’s journey touches on important issues that extend beyond the various plots of the episodes. Shows like The Cleaning Lady are exceptionally rare, and Fox has been keen to keep it going beyond its first few years.

Another Season Is Coming Soon
A few weeks before season 3 wrapped up, Fox opted to renew The Cleaning Lady for a fourth season. The decision was anything but cut and dry, and the show’s live viewership numbers fell far below the average for a hit Fox program. However, The Cleaning Lady is a certified hit on streaming, marking a shift away from live TV viewership by a large portion of the modern audience. Season 4 is due to premiere on March 25, 2025, at 8pm EST, the timeslot that it held during season 3 as well.
The Cleaning Lady season 3 concluded on May 21, 2024.
The Cleaning Lady Season 4 Cast
Who Survived To Return In Season 4?
Though the full cast of The Cleaning Lady season 4 is unknown, its assumed that Élodie Yung will be back as surgeon-turned-cleaner Thony De La Rosa. The tragic passing of actor Adan Canto means he won’t be on hand to reprise his role as Arman Morales, the man who dragged Thony into the crime business during seasons 1 and 2. Another near-certain return is that of Martha Millan as Fiona De La Rosa, Thony’s sister whom she lives with but must protect from the criminal world.
Season 4 has also added a newcomer in the form of vicious cartel hitman, Neto, who is played by Queen of the South star Yancey Arias. Thony’s kids have been an integral part of the series thus far, and the role of Luca has now been recast. Originally played by twins Sebastien and Valentino LaSalle, Thony’s youngest will now be played by Khalen Roman Sanchez. With the stakes continuing to be raised in the thrilling crime drama, more new stars are expected to join season 4.

The Cleaning Lady Season 4 Story Details
The FBI Closes In On Thony
it’s unclear exactly what Thony’s motivations might be, though she is likely going to try to tear down the cartel from the inside.
The finale of The Cleaning Lady season 3 was both climactic and inconclusive, as it left a lot of unfinished business for Thony. Determined to help protect Nadia (even if that means working with the feds), the titular cleaner did whatever she could to help her friend make it into protective custody. Unfortunately, Ramona was much more ruthless than either could have predicted, and Nadia was killed. With her dying breath, Nadia urged Thony to avenge her death, which she did somewhat by assisting in the capture of Ramona by the FBI.
However, a surprising twist saw Thony receive a mysterious message asking her to join Ramona’s cartel (now that she is in custody). Having rebuffed previous propositions, it’s unclear exactly what Thony’s motivations might be, though she is likely going to try to tear down the cartel from the inside. Whatever happens, The Cleaning Lady season 4 will be the biggest yet.
