Mr Polledri has been a part of the organisation’s finance department for nearly two years, and brings more than 35 years of business experience across various industries including hospitality, construction, property management, and charities.
In his new role, Mr Polledri will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, ensuring financial sustainability, and strengthening key relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
He will oversee financial planning, business development, and recruitment strategies and organisation growth.
Mr Polledri said: “I’m honoured to step into this role and excited about the opportunities ahead.
“My focus will be on ensuring we maintain strong foundations that enable the teams to continue to provide outstanding care to our clients, whilst identifying and developing strategies for growing our presence within the local community.
