A Grade II-listed former grain warehouse in Sheffield could be converted into residential apartments.
Plans have been submitted to Sheffield City Council to turn The Straddle in Victoria Quays into 27 flats.
The building, constructed in 1895 and located at the head of the Sheffield and Tinsley Canal, had been used as office space but recently became empty.
The planning application proposes a mix of accommodation, from studios to three-bed family apartments.
